After the Spring Festival, many projects in the core area of the North Bund have been fully resumed construction recently. How is the construction on the site?
The Demonstration Section of the Air Corridor
The tall buildings stand, and the vehicles influxes are huge. The "white magnolia" tower illuminated by the setting sun stands erect, and Oriental Pearl TV Tower looming in the distance appears at night. The scenery of the North Bund was once missed in a hurry, now we watch it on the air corridor in the core area of the North Bund.
When reaching the intersection of Dantu Road and East Changzhi Road, you can see the 62-meter-long phase I corridor. It is a ribbon connecting the two buildings. It looks like a bulging sail, or diamond sections. In short, it is full of sense of design.
The first feeling is transparency while walking on the corridor. The width of the canopy is designed intentionally to be slightly less than the width of the bridge deck, to guarantee that it can leave a wider landscape view for pedestrians while shading and blocking the rain. The innovative flower border landscape design on the bridge deck also enhances the experience and affinity of walking, and highlights the environmental quality of the urban public space.
Xu Zhiliang, the project head of the demonstration section of the air corridor of the North Bund Group, told that workers had resumed work after the Lantern Festival, and the Phase II project construction had entered the stage of accelerated construction, with an aim of accomplishing it in the first half of this year.
As the first double-layer curved air corridor in Shanghai, the Phase II corridor continues the design concept of "ribbon", and uses the same architectural vocabulary as the Phase I corridor, in a bid to form an integrated overall effect: light and transparent. It is believed that with the continuous progress of accelerated construction, it will soon take shape.
Walking on the corridor, people can better feel the beauty of the North Bund. And the air corridor itself, with its light posture and beautiful curves, has become a different landscape in the city.
The Block 77 High-quality Rental Apartment Project
The roar of machines and the knock sound of construction are intertwined. Even though the weather is not good, the construction is still in full swing. At the construction site of the rental housing project in Block 77, North Bund Sub-district, the construction workers are mixing cement and building brick walls, performing respective duties to speed up the construction of the project and challenge the new construction tasks after the year.bet3365官方手机_365bet盘口开户_体育365网投
The total area of the project is 48,767 square meters. There are two high-rise rental housing buildings, one of which is 23 floors high and the other is 19 floors high. There are 331 high-quality rental apartments in the two buildings.
Huang Yun, head of the Block 77 Project of the North Bund Group, says that at present, 50% of the aboveground main structure of the project has been completed. This year, the facade and interior decoration will be started, and the structural capping and the opening of the model demonstration area will be realized. It is expected that the whole project will be delivered and opened in 2024.
After the completion of the project, ASCOTT, an internationally famous rental apartment, will operate to provide high-quality rental apartments for the North Bund industrial cluster, and directly serve the senior executives of international enterprises stationed here. Besides, the property project will be the first high-quality apartment project on the north bank of the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek operated by ASCOTT.
